I had a good friend of mine that was a wrestler. I remember him eating whatever he wanted one week and then the next week he was trying to drop weight for his match. He looked miserable. He was not fun to be around during those drop weeks. I ran into him again and the thought came to my head about business macros. Are we staying consistent, or are we finding ourselves having a ton of fun and then jumping back into a drop week where we have to hit our goals or quota? This episode really gets you thinking!

I had an interesting call with one of my coachings. We have been working on a project for the last 4 months and the data showed us some very interesting things. We realized that that our advertising was driving traffic, but that we were not converting. In this episode I disuss how we found that my offering and the value were conflicting.
