Hey Everyone, in this video I discuss some of the lessons I learned in this years program & some comments on the techniques & habits that I found really effective & helpful for my goals. These tips & behaviours are what helped me shred up some abs & build more muscle than I ever have before. This is definitely the best shape I've ever gotten myself to, but I know it is only one more step in this grand journey of fitness. I go over some of my favourite exercises & a little bit of a breakdown of the effect high-frequency full-body training has had on my body and physique compared with my traditional push, pull, legs (PPL) program from last year.

Whilst I still didn't hit my bonus physique goals for the year, I still made it to the best shape of my life so far, which is quite a feat in itself. I'm very proud and look forward to showing you the end results of my own little Men's Physique competition soon.
