Though we are not made new in Christ by good works, we are certainly made new in Christ for good works. Examining this theme across the book of Titus, Cory digs in to how good works adorn the doctrine of God our Savior. 

In this session, we will examine the classical orthodox definition of the Trinity. In what ways does Titus help us see the truths of orthodoxy in regard to how we understand the Trinity? 

How are we to speak as believers? What do our words reveal about us? What are we to not say? What are we to say? What gives us the power to change how we speak? What does it look like to align our lives with the mission of Christ in the world?

What is it that Titus is called to declare? On what does his authority with which he is to encourage and rebuke rest? How do we encourage and rebuke? Why do we encourage and rebuke? 

What is the aim and substance of this glorious text? How does Paul arrive at this conclusion? See the person, price and purpose of the blessed hope of the gospel! 

Why does Paul call our hope blessed, or happy? How do we wait for it? How does this impact our living in the here and now? 

What is this grace of God that has appeared, bringing salvation to all people? What does this entail? What does it mean that Jesus saves? How deep is the grace that rescues willing to go? 

God's promises throughout the Old Testament foretell of a Messiah that will come to rescue and rule His people. Who do these promises point us to?
