Micah describes that although judgement is certain, hope would be found in a coming Shepherd King. This Shepherd King from Bethlehem, from Ancient Days, would stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the Lord and be his people's peace.

The life of Luke was marked by radical humility and loyalty. In his account of the life of Jesus, Luke hails Jesus, the Son of Adam, as the redeemer of all mankind.

The life of Mark is a testament to the restoring work of God's grace. In turn, Mark bears witness to the immeasurable grace displayed in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, the Son of God.

The book of Matthew ushers in Jesus Christ as King. But this King proved far different than anyone could have imagined, his work addressing a far deeper issue than most were willing to confront.
