Conversations about Discuipleship often center around the practical aspects of our faith: how we act, treat each other, etc.

But, we have a massive problem that is causing people to run for the hills. The way we understand and tell the stories we find in the Scriptures cant stand up to modern inquiry.

We're jumping right into Mark's telling of the Gospel story. To us, 2,000 years on from when he wrote, his opening words seem simple. They are anything but.

Mark opens his telling of the Gospel by saying that John’s arrival and message were “the beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.” Why was John the beginning and what does his arrival have to say to us now?

I was once told that my salvation was in question because I think asking questions is a good thing. Before we get too far down the road, we need to talk about who can be a part of this project, and what is out of bounds.

The way we interact and relate with each other has changed. Social Media is where we spend much of our time. In fact, even when we are physically gathered, many of us spend the time together with our attention directed at our devices.

This project is an effort to create communities and disciples using digital platforms.
