Richard is the founder and head of RPProductions, the largest dance media outlet in Southeast Asia with over 63k subscribers on YouTube alone. For the last 5 years, he has worked together with his team to film and distribute footage from events all over Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and even Australia. On top of that, he has collaborated with many dancers and brands to help them bring their visions to life.
