On this episode, Robert Effler of North Carolina Investigates joins Jessica to discuss Carolina cryptid encounters, Appalachian Granny Witches, they discuss some of Grandpa’s Old Haint Tales and examine the newly released “Skinny Bob” alien footage!

Rob Effler is from Western North Carolina. In 2023, he started North Carolina Investigates with co-founder George Lunsford. Prior to that, in 2007, he was the founder of GoDark Paranormal Investigations. In 2012, he started to receive reports of Sasquatch sightings in his area of North Carolina. That came as quite a surprise to him, because, up until then, he thought Sasquatch were only in the Pacific Northwest. Little did he know, it wouldn’t be long that he’d see how wrong he was about that. He’s had at least five Sasquatch sightings over the years.

Rob is the co-host of NCI North Carolina Investigates podcast on YouTube, along with his research teammates. He also produces and co-hosts “Grandpa’s Old Haint Tales,” on the NCI YouTube channel. On this episode, Jessica goes "On the Hunt" with Mike Smith of Kentucky to discuss his encounters with the beasts of the Land Between the Lakes (LBL), including Bigfoot and Dogman, and the encounter his father had with a Lizardman at a culvert at Energy Lake a decade ago.

Mike Smith is an avid hiker and outdoorsman who has spent much of his life exploring the Land Between the Lakes area of Kentucky. Smith describes himself as a "reluctant researcher" who was primarily a fisherman until a specific encounter changed his life in May of 2020. While fishing with his wife and daughters in the LBL, he had a close-range Bigfoot sighting. 

Following his 2020 encounter, Smith began actively researching the phenomenon, primarily focusing on the North End (Kentucky side) of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. He has since had multiple sightings and encounters with not only Bigfoot, but Dogman and other entities in the area. He documents his findings on his YouTube channel, Smith Ridge Adventures.

There is a strange creature in Kentucky that hangs out in cemeteries and graveyards and has been seen digging into graves late at night. It stands around 4-feet tall, has a face like a bat with sharp pointed teeth, it is covered in dark fur and can jump long distances in one leap. Sightings are rare, but terrifying.

Reports of the Kentucky Gravedigger have been compared to creatures seen in graveyards in Wisconsin, Ohio and Georgia. The creatures have been seen frantically digging into the ground, searching for what appears to be bones of the corpses buried underneath. One witness described what he witnessed as a ‘creature part dog and part ape, covered in dark fur, with the body of a large powerful primate, but the head of a dog.”

One thing is for certain, the phenomenon of creatures digging in graveyards is not as uncommon as one might think. Are these “Gravediggers” some sort of ghoul, Dogmen, or something different altogether? That’s up for debate. Jessica was tasked with the Kentucky Gravediggers as a coordinate remote viewing (CRV) target and discusses the incredible data here.

On this episode of “A Glitch in the Matrix,” Jessica discusses the Waheela, a colossal wolf-like creature of massive strength and size, is known as a guardian of the Nahanni Valley in the northwest territories of Canada. It has a body like a grizzly bear and is an apex predator capable of dominating even the most feared entities, like the Wendigo, and it originates from the Native Sioux tribe. Waheela sightings have been reported in Northern Canada, Michigan, Montana and Alaska.

As a protector of the Nahanni Valley, a national park in Canada, the Waheela is the subject of numerous terrifying stories, including the decapitation of people traveling through the area. This towering white creature has piercing blue eyes and a supernatural presence. Many believe it is an interdimensional entity and the culprit for missing hikers and the headless men of Nahanni Valley.

On this episode, Jessica goes “On the Hunt” with Bruce Brown to discuss Appalachian werewolves and the historical werewolf families of Kentucky. They discuss recent reports they have taken of shapeshifters and take a dive into the enigmatic ancient North Cumberland pygmy graveyards in Tennessee.

Bruce is a former law enforcement officer from Tennessee who has had multiple intense Dogman encounters. He served as a patrolman, deputy sheriff, sergeant, sergeant of patrols, detective and chief of narcotics. He professional background exposed him to calls on Bigfoot and Dogman encounters, and he knows the protocols for how those cases were handled and potentially covered up and how the military often gets involved.

Bruce first encountered a Dogman while hunting, observing it from a tree stand. A couple of years later, he had an intense encounter while ginseng hunting and got a very detailed look at what he believed was a Dogman or werewolf that eventually followed him home. After multiple other encounters with these creatures, he came face-to-face with a small, injured Dogman pup, even picking it up and giving it a thorough examination.

There he discovers a peaceful colony and, despite his conditioning, must protect it when advanced soldiers arrive. 

The truth has been hidden in plain sight.

Super Soldier Agent Jimmy Paine, aka Dallas, was in the secret space program from 1959 to 1996. During this time, he was a shuttle craft pilot for the Tall White warriors at Area 51 and participated in time travel missions with the Montauk Boys at Camp Hero. He also recalls working for the Weyland Corporation where he encountered a xenomorph at LV426 which the movie aliens were based off. He was stationed on Mars, Titan and the Moon.

On Mars, he saw the broken statue of a giant face of a humanoid on a mission in 1974 along with Duncan O’Finoian. He remembers seeing Tommy Knockers in a cave on Mars which are muscular type of Tall Greys. On the moon of Titan, he was stationed at a massive underground base. He was tasked with fighting a monster they called IT. IT looked like Junior, the Montauk monster, a type of Bigfoot that would gain strength by attacking it.

He was on a secret mission from Vandenberg Air Force, the Lunar Apollo 20 mission with William Rutledge where they discovered an oriental looking humanoid named EB Mona Lisa. Jimmy claims the Apollo 20 footage on YouTube is real.

On this episode, Jessica goes "On the Hunt with Mark Green! The Greens are from the southernmost point of the Appalachian Mountains in Central Alabama. Mark had a sighting in 2007 in Lowndes County, AL, which turned into a life of research and investigations into the Bigfoot phenomenon. Now, with eyes wide open to the subject, he slowly discovered that there was a group inhabiting his hunting lease called "Creepy Mountain."

In 2022, Mark and his wife, Rebecca, started a YouTube channel, Cedar Creek Bottoms Farmstead. The channel is all about homesteading, farming, and discussing Bigfoot experiences in Alabama and across the United States.
