In late January of 2018, I decided to buckle down and put my goals on paper. These are the goals I accomplished and don't get me wrong, I did set some goals that I did not accomplish which means I know the set of goals were good because they stretched me. Putting your goals on paper and making them "SMART goals" (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely), is like putting your destination into your GPS for a road trip.
