In this episode, Dr. Danny Almeida welcomes Dr. Steven Jubert for a thoughtful conversation about the lived experience of being Black and gay through a strengths-based lens.

Together, they explore how identity, culture, faith, and lived experiences can shape the development, expression, and perception of our CliftonStrengths. Dr. Steven shares how his Developer strength connects to his desire to support others, create safe spaces, share resources, and help people feel seen, valued, and heard.

They also discuss the importance of representation, navigating multiple identities, coming out later in life, and discovering new ways to use our strengths to contribute to and support our communities.

This conversation offers a powerful look at the intersection of strengths, identity, context, leadership, and authenticity—and how our experiences can influence the way we show up and grow.
