Today was a hard day, a rough day, probably one of my worst days in awhile but you know what… I’m going to choose to not let it affect me like it used to, I’m going to set in my mind and be thankful for all the good that i have in my life.

Put yourself in a positions to be happy every single day.

I want to stress the importance of family this holiday season. Forget what you see on tv, the radio, and social media, the holidays are not about going holiday shopping, about amazing deals on amazon, or buying so many presents that you have to spend more than you have.

I saw an ad on tv today and it implied that a great gift to give my loved one was a shiny red car with a bow on it. In my younger years, I would have thought “Wow, thats such an amazing way to show my loved one that I love them, a brand new car would for sure make them feel like I love them.” I’m not that stupid anymore.
