It’s the Swally Spooktacular! On this episode we join Melissa George, Ed Speelers, Garry Sweeney, Sean Harris and Stephen McCole in A Lonely Place To Die. The film tells the story of five climbers in the Scottish highlands as they stumble across an abducted girl buried in a small wooden chamber. The group try and make their way to safety but are soon pursued by the vicious kidnappers.

We’re visiting Burnistoun on this episode of the pod as we look at the first series of the wonderful Scottish sketch show. The brain child of Rab Florence and Iain Connell, Burnistoun gave us some wonderful characters such as Paul and Walter, Biscuity Boyle and Jolly Boy John and aired on the BBC from 2009 and ran for three series and a couple of specials.
