How can you guarantee 2022 will be a year of growth, happiness and success?
Even if you are starting over, starting from scratch or feel completely overwhelmed right now?
Before you dive into a new program or routine, know this...there is nothing outside of you that can ensure this will be your year. You must start within, inside your mind and environment to guarantee you will not be the same person at the end of the year.
Setting goals without addressing the real cause for your habits, patterns and behaviors is like jumping into the ocean without learning how to swim. It's probably not going to end well!
In the first episode of 2022, Michelle shares a brand new system she developed and turned into an online course called Address The Mess. Where she takes you through a step by step guide on how to clear the clutter from your mind and home in order to open your life to ease and abundance.
This is how real change is made and how you begin to transform everything in your life!
Address The Mess begins Monday January 17th. Pre enrollment is open now. To get into the program at the lowest price, enroll here today!
The holiday season is all about believing, it is what gives us that nostalgic, heartwarming feeling we associate with Christmas.
So why don't we apply that same belief in our own lives? How do we tune in to believe in ourselves and the magic inside us? On today's episode, Michelle shares what happened when she started to believe in her own magic - and how the universe rose up to meet her. There are so many things in this world that defy logic and reason, some call it coincidence. But, there is no such thing as coincidence it's really the universe calling out to you. Will you be able to listen when it does?

How can you find awareness and mindfulness in the chaos of parenthood and life? Claire Fierman, a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and substance abuse disorders, shares how we can identify and shift our mindset to go from survival mode to the golden zone of thriving.
Claire graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive clinical experience, having worked in residential treatment as a primary therapist and Clinical Director.
After practicing counseling for 10 years, Claire strives to look for the inherent wholeness of each client, and create a safe and non-judgmental environment to simply witness your truth.
She says, “Understanding that growth and healing is more powerful when clients find their own answers, I aim to lead my clients as they engage in the process of discovering truth and healing. You know you the best.
I also am a total knowledge junkie, so I am consistently engaging in trainings, research, and personal therapeutic work. Outside of all the paperwork needed to become a therapist, I like connecting with people. We are made to connect with others.
I like to just show up in all of my humanity, so you can too.”

Welcome to The Curate-Her Podcast! In this first episode, Michelle shares the past experiences that lead her to a breaking point, and how she was able to turn decades of pain into her greatest power.
What does it take to be the hero of your story? What would it look like if women everywhere were thinking and acting with their best interest in mind? Who might you be if you lived in a woman's world?
It's time to face the "flat out truths" of why women's experiences, thoughts and feelings carry on for generations, and how we are the only ones to break the cycle.

The way women are taught to exist in the world is systemic. It has been a passed down tradition and like so many traditions when they go on long enough, no one seems to question why they exist, or why they began in the first place.
The Curate-Her Podcast comes from the questions I found myself asking one day. And I have been sprinting to unlearn decades of messaging, in order to find out who I am, and who women really are - without the world’s opinion. I'm Michelle Chandler, an interior designer and entrepreneur, a mom of two girls, and a 36 year old woman that woke up to how small and unworthy I had allowed myself to be.
This podcast is a sounding board for the realty of women's lives. We are so starved for transparency and we want to feel validated in our experiences. But to get there we must unlearn basically everything that was taught to us before we understood what it all meant and how we would carry it throughout our lives.
On this podcast I will be sharing my own personal experiences, interviewing experts in fields related to women's issues, talking with friends and learning about other women's stories, heartbreaks and triumphs. There’s honestly nothing off limits, if it affects women I’ll dive in. But mostly, this podcast will focus on women and freedom. How we can free ourselves from every barrier we face. How we can curate our own lives.
It's not just me, women everywhere are asking questions. There is so much power there. The untapped power of women is something I am fascinated with and want to help bring out of us all.
