In our HiFi series to date you have heard me speak about speaker cables and my thoughts on them. However, something I had never experimented with previously were power cables. Like many of you I had dismissed them as being an expensive luxury, in spite of this I have been using the Russ Andrews Power Cables and my god have they changed my HiFi game.
Join us as we talk about the intricacies on power cables and whether or not they are worth it.

I have always been very vocal about my love of headphones and my views of the importance of having a pair of headphones as part of your HiFi system. However, with the paradox of choice that we now have what do we go for? Well, first and foremost we must explore and undergo some education and decide do we want to go with dynamic driver headphones? What are those? and what do I get to power my new HiFi quality headphones?
In this episode we explore what a dynamic driver headphone is, our experiencing testing two of our personal favourites (in different price brackets) and some honest advice on how to power your headphones via an amp and DAC combo.

We have always been huge propogators of physical therapy and really making sure that your bones and muscle is positioned in the correct fashion. Without that, unfortunately any training or sports will end up having a negative affect on your long term health. Of course, seeing a professional would be the ideal course of action for physical therapy but now there are numerous ways to treat yourself.
In this episode we discuss the interesting world of percussive therapy, how it has worked with us and what equipment we have been using!

Unfortunately, regardless of the rise in popularity of yoga it seems as though (particularly amongst my fellow men) that yoga is severely misunderstood. Since we are both regular practitioners of yoga we wanted to discuss our experiences, what yoga means to us and what purpose it serves in our lives.
