SO many great horror movies out there! SO many! One of them is John Carpenter’s The Thing! And with rumours going around of an upcoming reboot, I just had to talk about it! With me is Robert Churchill who is also a huge fan of The Thing! Robert and I gush, theorize and wonder about Carpenter’s classic and what this ‘‘reboot’’ might be about! Enjoy!
Canadian made TV series Coroner is, as you may already know, one of my all time fave shows! I just love it! Also I’m super happy that USA tv viewers are now enjoying Coroner on The CW! This week they got to watch what has to be my fave season 1 ep, All’s Well (ep 5), directed by Winnie Jong!
I had the huge pleasure of chatting with Winnie about her Coroner-directing experience (and as per usual, i fanboy a LOT!)! Enjoy!
FINALLY Jay Baruchel gave us a horror film! And boy he didn’t dissapoint! Random Acts Of Violence is a very very good film! And this isn’t just a fun bloody-gore filled-Friday-night-popcorn movie ... this film gives you substance! Good substance!
Listen to my latest podcast episode where i share with you why i feel RAOV is a dam good movie and why I think you need to watch it!
Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
A character that has had a big impact on the hit comedy series Kim’s Convenience is Raj, played by the very talented Ishan Davé! From the 1st time we met him, Raj became a character that we talked about a LOT (and mayyyybe not always in a ‘‘nice’’ way, lol! If you know, you know!)
I’m happy to have gotten the opportunity to chat with Ishan not only about Raj and his Kim’s Convenience experience but also a little bit on his beginnings, the horror series Slasher and more! Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
It goes without saying that speaking with the artists who bring my fave films/shows to life is awesome! I love it!
But i wana add something new: chat with another group of peeps who are also very important to the film/tv industry: the fans!
I’m happy to present my very 1st FAN-CHAT episode with Transplant fan Steven Wong!
I was curious to know what makes Transplant so special to Steven, fave character and more! Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
Transplant (from CTV) has taken Canada by storm (and heading to the USA soon)! Having just finished the astounding first season, it’s my immense honor to speak with one of the stars of the show, Jim Watson (Dr Theo Hunter)! Jim shares a lot about his Transplant experience, his favorite thing about Theo and much much more! Enjoy and thank you for sharing!
One of the films i was most looking forward to seeing these last few months is Rabid, the 2019 remake by bad-ass filmmakers Jen and Sylvia Soska, the Twisted Twins!
Finally saw it was available on Amazon, got it, watched it and was NOT dissapointed at all! SO worth the wait! I’m happy to share with you what I loved so much about this movie and why you should watch it too! Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll is one of the funniest actors out there! He has made us laugh via some of our fave shows like Kim’s Convenience, Baroness Von Sketch and more! Recently he shared another side of his acting range with us in the medical drama Transplant and he broke our hearts (in a good way)! I was curious to know about his experience on both Kim’s Convenience/Transplant and know a little bit more about his love for Venom! Enjoy and thank you for sharing!
Krazy Kelly!! I love saying it over and over! Not only is it simply a very cool nickname but it belongs to one of my all time favorite TV characters: Kelly Hart from S2 of Coroner! She is played by the absolute talented and sweet Nicola Correia Damude! The amazing actress is very generous and open on a lot of subjects regarding her character of Kelly and Coroner! Talking with her was a blast!
Enjoy and thank you for sharing!
The show that everyone is talking about right now is Transplant! Just watch the 1st episode on CTV and not only will you understand why but you’re going to keep watching too!
Myself i am hooked and waiting week after week to see whats next for Bash, Amira, Mags, Theo, June and everyone else at York Memorial Hospital!
I had the honor of speaking with Supervising Producer Lauren MacKinlay about Transplant, everything from casting, its origin and more!
Enjoy and thank you for sharing!
