Chances are you've seen Will's guest on the big screen over the last ten plus years. Frank Smethurst, the man who described roosterfish as "The Elizabeth Hurley of sportfish," has been chasing our finned friends for his entire life. A rep, consultant, guide and star of stage and screen, Frank has seemingly done everything under the sun in the angling industry.

Will and Frank chat about his role in the the genesis of the trailblazing fly fishing movies like Running Down the Man, his quarantine activity schedule, and his angling approach in Colorado this time of year. After visiting with friends from a variety of fisheries across the US, host Will Rice welcomes Bill Gilmore and Guy Grace from Littleton Public Schools, and Bianca McGrath-Martinez from CTU to talk about the Trout in the Classroom program. This environmental education program allows for elementary, middle, and high school students to raise rainbow trout eggs to fry as a vehicle to understand ecosystems. At the end of the program, the students typically release the fry into a local fishery with help from CPW. Will explores the fate of these trout with the recent shutdown of schools.

Will checks in with his good friend and fly fishing guide Captain John Turcot. John, a fifth generation Floridian, has been guiding for redfish in Mosquito Lagoon for over 25 years.
