Selen Kartal is the Global Sales Enablement Director at Insider.  Selen shared her insights on the state of Enablement in Turkey as well as sharing insights and tips based upon her current role.

Enablement in Turkey is still early on, but Selen will be launching a Chapter of Women in Sales Enablement in Instanbul as a way of identifying, bringing together, and supporting this important community.

Enablement began in her company a year ago with a team of two people, but has grown to four and will likely grow to five soon.  This team is very hands on with a very dispersed group of more than 100+ customer facing teammates, delivering the standard services like onboarding, ongoing training, and content curation in partnership with marketing.
