Recently I wrote about the weight of lives gained and lost for my newsletter subscribers.

I wrote about how I was feeling about life after 3 things intersected in my head and heart to bring forward a wave of emotion.

The unavoidable circle of life and death had been poetically laid out to me in plain sight.

I cried, a lot - once the snot and tears had been wiped away, what remained was a sense of appreciation.

Celebrate the good things.

Accept the not so good things.

See the beauty in all things.

This life is dynamic, difficult, challenging, rewarding, painful and beautiful.
