Even in this day and age, many men and women have a taboo about women during their period cycle, cutting back or curtailing many of their activities, including sex. Although we get way off topic here into semen taste amongst other things, we do hit on a few enlightening points and get past a few myths. Let's get on with life and leave the past beliefs where they belong... in the past.

The “Man Code” a collection of so-called rules that every man should live by. Today we break protocol some and give a deep and honest Man’s point of view to our special guest who needs some advice. We get into how in American culture, feelings and their expression of it are seen as weak for males and how that can weaken us and lead to that path of male toxicity. This one was very enlightened for us and hopefully for you as well.

People of color, are in many communities, the ones that are the most vulnerable position when it comes to contracting and spreading the covid 19 virus. But our community is some of the most skeptical when it comes to receiving vaccinations. On this episode of the podcast we talk about some of the misinformation and the reasons why we believe that people of color should be getting vaccinated as soon as they can.

Washington DC had a demonstration that became an insurrection, hands down. The squad starts off talking about it but we then get deep in how these people got here and how can we move forward from here.
