The Dad Boss Experience with Dan Kozaris

Carbon Offroad is entering an exciting new chapter.
In this episode of the Dad Boss Podcast, we introduce our new General Manager, Rhys Halma, and put him through a proper Carbon-style welcome.
We dig into his background, leadership experience, off-road passion and the ideas he is bringing to the business. We also talk about what this appointment means for the future of Carbon Offroad across Australia, the USA and beyond.
With two people named Rhys now working at Carbon, things may get confusing, but the direction has never been clearer.
Meet our new GM and find out why we are excited about what comes next.

In this episode I have a quick impromptu chat with Matt Johnson. Matt is an ex offroad business owner now working for Carbon Offroad as the Southern Business Development Manager for our wholesale dealer channel.

We talk to Matt about his early days, how he got into offroading, where his journey led to starting his own business, the challenges along the journey and how he ended up in my office after a week of intensive training on all things Carbon Offroad.

Matt is as genuine as they come. A true legendary bloke of blokes. It's exciting to have guys like him in our team. Have a listen to see what makes Matt tick.

With a rush of blood, Dan has gotten back into the podcast after nearly a year away.

Tyrone reached out a month back to ask for some advice on the business, and I was more than happy to connect. We talk about offroad racing, life before business, school, home life, managing kids, marketing, and what Tyrone wants to achieve in the next 12 months with his niche offroad racing product business.

He is a solid guy and giving life an awesome crack, this is a great story and some nuggets of wisdom for those dads and small business owners, listen in.

For Episode two we catch up with Johnny from Bushwakka. He tells us all about himself, his adventures, his awesome business, and more! Enjoy :)

George and Dan speak to Johnny from Bushwakka, a legend in the offroad game in Australia.
