Living the sermon through the tragedy is exactly what Pastor Willie Gallaher and Pastor Neil Crass have done. On May 30th, 2014 their children were involved in a terrible car accident. In this episode we dive deep into that night and the hours, days, weeks following. We also go into detail on how these man value their family, their church, and their faith and how they juggle their time with all of those.

Learn how and why The Dad Show Podcast got started. Also learn a little bit about your Host Ryan Ladd. A firefighter and father from beautiful East Tennessee. He is a dad of 2 beautiful children Kennedy and Lincoln who have a rare disease called MPS 1 Hurler Syndrome. Kennedy and Lincoln had to undergo bone marrow transplants at an early age as a treatment for their disease. Through their treatment at Cincinnati Children's Ryan spent time with other dads. Ryan says "Through the fellowship time with other dads, helped me become a better dad, husband, and man". Ryan and his wife Allie are on a mission to find a cure for their kids disease.
