Living the sermon through the tragedy is exactly what Pastor Willie Gallaher and Pastor Neil Crass have done. On May 30th, 2014 their children were involved in a terrible car accident. Learn how and why The Dad Show Podcast got started. Also learn a little bit about your Host Ryan Ladd. A firefighter and father from beautiful East Tennessee. He is a dad of 2 beautiful children Kennedy and Lincoln who have a rare disease called MPS 1 Hurler Syndrome. Kennedy and Lincoln had to undergo bone marrow transplants at an early age as a treatment for their disease. Through their treatment at Cincinnati Children's Ryan spent time with other dads. Ryan says "Through the fellowship time with other dads, helped me become a better dad, husband, and man". Ryan and his wife Allie are on a mission to find a cure for their kids disease.
