This is a simple introduction to the Book of Luke as we begin our study of this remarkable historical account of the life and ministry of Jesus.

We are not just called to a destination in the Christian life, we are called to live life as a journey, as sojourners, as transients on this earth - walking with God every step until we finally arrive at our final destination.  The Christian life is a marvelous life when we walk with God through pain and disappointment, as well as in triumph and joy.
