Update on all the things!

Somethings aren’t forever but what is meant to be will stick with you for the long haul 💗

Make sure to celebrate the accomplishments in your daily life, not just the milestone moments 💗

I would like to shout out all of my wonderful friends and family who have held me accountable and have been reminding me to make new episodes!!!

Even if you think it’s silly, it’s worth it if it makes you happy 💗

Women are amazing and deserve to be respected and appreciated for their accomplishments the same as men
