  • Meditation For Overwhelm

    Send us Fan Mail

Some days ask more of you than you feel like you have to give. One thing becomes five, everything feels urgent, and even the smallest task can start to feel heavy.

This short meditation is for those moments when you feel overwhelmed and can’t quite figure out what to put down first.

For the next ten minutes, you don’t have to solve anything. Instead, we’ll come back to what is actually here: your breath, the weight of your body, the ground beneath you, and the sounds around you.

You only have to meet this moment.

Come back to this practice whenever the day starts to feel too loud or too full. This is a daytime meditation, so we’ll end by gently returning to alertness, helping you feel a little more grounded and ready to move into whatever comes next.

  • Dream Incubation: Bedtime Intention Practice

    Send us Fan Mail

This bedtime intention practice gently prepares your mind for dream incubation; the art of planting a clear, open question before sleep and allowing the unconscious to respond in its own language. In the guided portion, we soften the body, quiet the analytical mind, and set a simple intention for clarity. There is no forcing insight here. No controlling the dream. Just an honest question placed gently at the doorway of the night.

As the guidance fades, calming music continues to support deep sleep and receptive dreaming. Whether you receive a symbol, a feeling, a shift in perspective, or simply restorative rest, all of it is welcome. You are not chasing answers. You are inviting them.

    Sweet dreams,
    Julianne

  • Sleep Induction Meditation

    Send us Fan Mail

This 1 hour 11 minute guided sleep induction gently leads you out of the day and into deep, natural rest. In the first portion, I guide you through a calming sleep meditation to quiet racing thoughts, soften the body, and help your nervous system shift out of doing mode. We release the tension in the jaw, the weight in the shoulders, the mental rehearsal of tomorrow — and allow the mind to power down with ease.

As the guidance fades, soothing ambient music continues to play, giving you space to drift without interruption. There is nothing to solve tonight. Nothing to manage. Just breath, softness, and the quiet rhythm of your body remembering how to sleep.

    Sweet rest,
    Julianne

  • High Achiever Sleep Induction

    Send us Fan Mail

This bedtime meditation is designed for the mind that stays on long after the body lies down. If you carry responsibility, lead others, build things, solve problems, or constantly think ahead, this practice gently guides you out of performance mode and into restoration. We soften the jaw, release the shoulders, and close the mental tabs of the day so your nervous system can finally exhale.

After the guided portion ends, calming music continues to support your descent into sleep.

  • Heart-Centered 61-Point Sleep Practice

    Send us Fan Mail

Heart-Centered 61-Point Sleep Practice is a gentle guided meditation designed to support natural sleep onset through deep body awareness and nervous system soothing.

We begin with a heart-centered variation of the traditional 61-point relaxation, slowly moving awareness through the body while repeatedly returning to the quiet center of the heart. This soft, rhythmic practice helps release physical tension, calm mental activity, and invite the body into a state of deep rest.

After the guided portion, the voice gradually fades into one hour of peaceful music, allowing you to drift naturally into sleep without interruption.

  • Returning To Your Center

    Send us Fan Mail

Returning to Your Center is a gentle guided meditation for grounding, regulation, and nervous system support.

In this soft, body-based practice, you are invited to step out of the momentum of the day and come back to the steady place within you that already knows how to settle. Through slow breath awareness and simple somatic cues, the body is given space to soften, the mind is allowed to be as it is, and the nervous system begins to downshift naturally.

This meditation is especially supportive if you are feeling overstimulated, mentally busy, emotionally tender, or simply in need of a quiet reset. There is no pressure to “clear the mind” or force relaxation. Instead, you are gently guided to return to the body, the breath, and the quiet center that has been here all along.

  • Quiet Confidence Within

    Send us Fan Mail

Quiet Confidence Within is a gentle guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your inner steadiness and self-trust.

In this soft, body-centered practice, you are guided out of the pressure to perform, decide, or prove — and back into the quiet intelligence already alive within you. Through slow breath awareness, grounding, and subtle somatic cues, the body begins to soften, the nervous system settles, and a deeper sense of trust has space to emerge.

This meditation is especially supportive if you have been second-guessing yourself, feeling mentally noisy, or moving through a season of uncertainty. Rather than forcing confidence from the outside, this practice helps you remember the steady signal that has been present in your body all along.

  • Dissolving Into Silence

    Send us Fan Mail

Dissolving Into Silence is a gentle sleep onset experience that begins with soft guided meditation and gradually fades into calming music to support natural sleep.

The first portion of this practice helps you release the mental and physical tension of the day through slow breath cues, body softening, and spacious awareness. As your nervous system begins to downshift, the guidance gently recedes, allowing soothing music to carry you the rest of the way into rest.

This design supports the body’s natural sleep process, guiding you just enough to settle, then giving you space to drift without continued verbal stimulation.

Best experienced lying in bed with lights low or off, allowing the music to gently hold you as sleep arrives.

  • Meeting Yourself Kindly

    Send us Fan Mail

Meeting Yourself Kindly is a gentle guided meditation for self-love, softness, and returning to yourself without critique.

In this calming, heart-centered practice, you are guided to release the pressure to improve or “fix” anything and instead meet the version of you that is already here with warmth and honest compassion. Through grounding, slow breath, and tender inner dialogue, this meditation helps you shift from self-judgment into self-relationship.

This is not a performance of positivity. It is a quiet moment of being with yourself, exactly as you are. Especially supportive when you feel tender, tired, overwhelmed, or caught in a cycle of self-criticism.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Send us Fan Mail

This Yoga Nidra for deep rest is a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and help you transition into restorative sleep.

The practice begins with gentle breath and somatic release, allowing the body to soften and feel supported in stillness. From there, you’ll be guided through a traditional Yoga Nidra body scan, intention setting (sankalpa), and subtle awareness practices that help quiet the mind and deepen relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep” because it allows the body to enter profound rest while awareness remains softly present.

    This practice can help with:

    • difficulty falling asleep
     • mental overactivity at night
     • stress and nervous system fatigue
     • deep physical relaxation

You may remain aware throughout the practice, or naturally drift into sleep as the body settles.

Both experiences are part of Yoga Nidra.

Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
