In America over the weekend, there was football as well as a Hollywood celebrity awards show. Considering this and the fact that I refuse to do stories concerning the royal family, that leaves us with Charlie Kirk news stories. The investigation into the alleged assassin continues as the ever trustworthy FBI has revealed that the suspect left a note. The note was destroyed but was recovered due to the diligent work of federal officials. The narrative is marching along quite nicely.

A new trend has sprung up on social media where people are exposing mentally unstable leftists celebrating Kirk’s death and getting those leftists fired from their jobs (yes, apparently some of these people actually have jobs). Worry not however, for conservatives are jumping up and doing what they do best: defending the left on the grounds of “muh principles”.

None of us have any way of knowing for sure whether the suspect in this case is guilty or innocent. He does appear to have enough sense to invoke his fifth amendment right to remain silent (no word yet as to whether or not he has a lawyer). This of course will not stop the media from insinuating his guilt into the minds of any potential jurors.
