Our first story for this week’s Daily Nationalist concerns the deadly attack on a Mormon church in Michigan. Very little is known thus far about the suspect (who is now deceased) much less what his motive might have been. However this doesn’t stop The Daily Mail from attempting to find some sort of narrative to fit, even if it requires looking into the social media posts of the suspect’s parents.
The make-believe countries in the Baltics as well as Poland continue to struggle to find a narrative that will fit well enough to somehow convince the U.S. to fight a war with Russia on their behalf. Someone should tell these people that even if Russia were to begin carpet bombing their so-called “country” tomorrow, the U.S. is not going to fight Russia for them or anyone else for that matter whose name is not Israel.
If The Daily Mail is to be taken at their word, Putin was apparently on the ballot in Moldova. After banning multiple opposition parties, arresting political opponents and forcing others to flee, moving polling places to make it more difficult for people who don’t support the current government to vote as well as importing thousands of ballots from outside the country, the ruling party was able to pull off an “overwhelming victory” of just barely over 50%. If you think this doesn’t fit the definition of democracy, then you haven’t been paying attention.
In our final story this week (which is honestly the most interesting) rapper Dank Demoss has settled her lawsuit with Lyft after a driver made the preposterous claim that she would not fit in his car. It is hard to believe that these sorts of acts of discrimination can still happen in current year. Here at Radio Albion, we stand with Dank! In a show of solidarity, I am posting this link to one of her music videos. Don’t forget to check out the comments!
