'As another bout of depression seeps in I realize many years later it may not have been depression at all but pure utter confusion on what’s next. Sadness. Uncertainty. Reflection and more confusion which can lead to depression but does not always have to. A space of being in between two worlds, a space of transition and transformation, as I later discovered in my learning, is a space they call the VOID. Experiences and questions like this: Where do I turn? What is next? In actuality, they are leading the way for transformation.
Recognizing (you’re going to hear this word often, it’s vital to our process) this space of transition is key, and at this point, I didn’t fully understand it. I allowed this state of in-between to be the judge of my happiness, worthiness, and significance. I allowed it to have total control over me, creating emotions to match my thoughts. While I was pouting around in a state of lack, I felt deflated. A dimmed light is a deflation of your soul’s seeing, a feeling that can be felt through the power of your light stream. I’ll dive deeper into this more as you move forward in the purpose of the light section.' ~Flying Free by Michelle Irene Stupski
