Change that matters, change that is significant in not just its impact and desirability but also in its magnitude, is a process that happens in such intricate layers of existence, that impatience or pessimism cannot even imagine.
There is this line I see popularly circulated on social media that goes something along the lines of "if you want different results, you gotta act differently". In theory, this seems logical and obvious and something that may invite you to say "yasss gurl", "we stan" or simply clickety click your fingers in agreement.
BUT the process of "doing things differently" is so deeply layered that just the process of undergoing that transition is all that one can do on some days and as a culture, I feel we need to acknowledge that bec that simple act of acknowledgement in itself eases the stress of not being good enough or fast enough or better enough or not being there yet, considering we are a world that celebrates destinations more than the journey and in my mind, both are important.
Today, much to my surprise, I wrote about this on The Daily Pulse becoming a teacher of sorts for me too. Read more on the blog: thedailypulse.scrollstack.com
