It just happened to me yesterday and it was the most delicious, the most amazing, the most incredible, the most everything, everything, everything, everything.

Ask, knowing that you're going to get it. And as you know, ask and you shall receive and you will get it in no time at all.

How’s your day going? I hope it's as amazing as mine! Here’s a quick story that resonated deeply with me and might just inspire you too.

You know how spring turns everything beautiful? Well, open-toed shoe season is upon us here on the East Coast, and of course, I got my pedicure done. But, gasp—disaster struck. My nails were cut too short, and to top it off, I chipped my big toenail right after. 😫

For a moment, I was trapped in this mindset of making do: Should I use a Sharpie? Should I find a matching color? After spiraling with these thoughts, I asked myself, “Why settle?”

Then it hit me. I can get exactly what I want! 💡 So, I marched back to the salon, they fixed the nail in under 15 minutes, and I walked out feeling fabulous.💅✨

This experience taught me a valuable lesson: STOP settling. Ask for exactly what you want, even if it means a bit of inconvenience. Trust me, you’re worth it!

Today, I have a crucial message, especially for those who help others.

Often, we get so caught up in supporting everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves. We need support, someone to listen, and to remind us that we matter too.

As a somatic facilitator, I help people heal from trauma and deal with overwhelming situations, and I realized the importance of self-care.

I have my own somatic facilitator because I believe in taking care of myself, so I can continue to support my clients.
