• Daily Meeting 15 minutes or less per day - (30 seconds per person not to exceed 15 minutes)
• Same time same place same zoom or teams link everyday
• No pontificating to solve problems - problems that can be resolved in 30 seconds or less should be resolved
• No electronics of any kind - Yes this includes the Jira Board
• No Pen or paper to record - no output to the meeting
• Team rules/guidelines should be clearly posted
• Do not be late
• Fines go to a reputable charity
• Team stands in a circle
• Visitors around the outside as they do not participate
• Visitors follow the same rules to be present
• Always end on time
• Stick to the REAL three questions
• Allow exceptions for remote teams
