Mark Lipacis of Jefferies raised his price target on the stock to $854 from $740. FactSet lists the new target as the highest.

Lipacis is more optimistic about Nvidia's prospects as a result of a recent conversation with the company's chief financial officer, Colette Kress, who discussed the potential for software licensing in the data center.
