After a week of worry and anxiety, the Detroit Lions showed the world that they are still the team that dominated the league in the first 6 weeks of the season. Detroit pummeled Denver 42-17 at Ford Field and they were impressive in every facet of the game. Jared Goff rebounded, the defense provided all kinds of pressure on Russell Wilson and the Detroit rookies were fantastic. The Lions are 3 games up in the division with 3 games to go and are still in play for the 1 seed in the NFC as well. All in all, this has been a special season for the Lions and there is no reason it has to stop anytime soon. Jeff Riger provides all the details from Saturday and also shares the experience his brother, a Broncos fan went through while at the game over the weekend.
