In today’s episode, I would like to be a bit more vulnerable than usual🙊. It took me a while to admit it. Putting it out here is not any easier. The truth is, for as long as I can remember I have been a second-hand smoker🌚. Listen to today’s episode to find out if you’re one too.

Everything we consume shows up in our lives one way or the other. Even the things we consume passively. Today, we learn about being more intentional about what we see, hear, touch, taste and smell 😅 so we can guard our hearts like Proverbs 4:23 asks us to.

A love story from the streets you know so well; Accra. It’s not February or Valentine’s Day but let’s talk about love a little🥰

We define love in many ways that are distant from the source - God.

1 John 4:7-8

“Beloved, let us [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.]”
