Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is once again being held in Barcelona and Daktronics is excited to attend. Heading into the show, Justin and Matt spoke with Ben Aesoph, Daktronics International Market Manager, and Judd Guthmiller, Vice President of International, to hear all about it. They share their personal experience at the show, the presence Daktronics has planned and what attendees can expect to see from the show as a whole.

When stepping into a space with video and audio that blows you away, there’s intention behind the scenes that give you that feeling you’re experiencing. When out and about, digital billboards are increasingly catching your attention. To hear more about the implementation of that technology, Justin and Matt spoke with Doug Muth and Zach Neugebauer, co-owners of Book Your Billboard, another South Dakota-based company. They talk about how they got started, why they went with digital billboards right away, the versatility of those displays, and how they work with customers and advertisers to make an impact.

When live events change locations on campus, it can bring to light the need for new technology. This happened at Towson University and to hear about their new video display at their football stadium, Justin and Matt were joined by Davon Robb, Assistant Athletic Director for facilities and event management. Davon shares the process of getting their display up and running, their excitement for ways to use the display in the future, other venues with video displays and much more.

When unveiling their new display at Bo Ryan Court, the University of Wisconsin Platteville unleashed their creativity to make people take notice. Justin and Matt visited with Kristina Navarro, Director of Athletics and Recreation, Assistant Chancellor at UW Platteville, to hear about their fun unveiling video and much more about their LED display installations on campus.

The Norfolk Tides upgraded their LED display system in a big way with the second-largest video scoreboard in MiLB in 2022. To talk about this upgrade and the evolution of the display and control system for the team, Justin and Matt are joined by Mike Watkins, Assistant General Manager of Sales, Marketing & Fan Experience, and Mike Zeman, Assistant General Manager of Operations, both with the Norfolk Tides. They talk about being with the team since 2006, the changes they’ve seen in their game-day presentation over the years and much more.
