IN THIS EPISODE~ We are back to our 322-page FBI file (from the JFK Declassified Records), this time to delve deeper into the 1975 murder of Mob Boss Sam Giancana, one of three upper-echelon organized crime bosses who were both recruited by CIA to assassinate Fidel Castro in the early '60s, and suspected of having a hand in the assassination of JFK in 1963.
We'll take a close look at a Chicago Outfit associate of Giancana's (Hint: NOT Chuckie Nicoletti) whom the FBI considered a prime suspect in the murder, a statement made by a long-time Outfit soldier decades later implicating this same man, and ask the same question we asked in our last episode, regarding the gruesome murder of John Roselli: Was Giancana's murder to keep him quiet about the Castro/JFK plots, or unrelated Mafia Business?

This supplemental episode is a reading of the complete, 16-page unredacted "Schlesinger Memo" to President John F. Kennedy, June 30, 1961, written by Arthur Schlesinger, Jr. This memo contains analysis for and recommendations to President Kennedy regarding the dismantling, restructuring and reorganization of The CIA in the aftermath of the debacle of The Bay Of Pigs Invasion. This memorandum was released in-full on March 18, 2025.
