Oh Yeah Baby! It’s Phil Vassar. Everybody loves Phil! What a talent he is too. Songwriter, piano player, singer and incredible personality. Him and I talked about doing this podcast at least a year before we finally got our schedules together and what a great time we had just talking about the music biz and life. Phil invited me out to his house one afternoon and he said just buzz me at the gate and I will let you in! The place was beautiful and when I got out of the car all I heard was hammers banging and saws rockin’ and rolling and then a big “Dana, What’s Happening Man?” Phil at the front door ready to rock.  He showed me around the house and what all he was doing to the place, restoring  and yard work. Seemed like it was the place to be if you want to WORK. As you hear him say at the end of the podcast, ” It’s great but a lot of work”
