This episode is unlike any other I've done. It’s raw. It’s personal. And it hurts.
Just days ago, I found out my friend Richard—someone I’ve known for over 30 years—died in a shootout with police. His nickname was Berzerko, and if you knew him, you knew he was wild, hilarious, and full of heart. But like too many men, he carried a pain most never saw.
This is my way of processing that pain—by sharing stories, memories, and the hard truth about what happens when the darkness isn't dealt with. You’ll laugh, you might cry, and I hope you’ll walk away reminded that we’re not meant to fight our battles alone.
