The Dangers of Jealousy
In this world, we see the spirit of jealousy rampant everywhere around us. People want what others have instead of working hard to acquire these items.
When we read the Scriptures, we see what happens to those who became jealous of others. We read the account of Cain and Abel. Abel was so jealous of his brother that he resorted to murder. Joseph's brother were jealous of him that they wanted to kill him but then sold him into slavery.
When the spirit of jealousy is crouching, let us not allow it to be our master, but instead with the help of the Holy Spirit, let us rule over jealousy.
