Welcome, to Dark Realms: St Botolph’s Church

In our final Dark Realms of the Season, we take a suggestion from our wonderful Patreons Jason & Eva and take a closer look at a location where they had their own strange encounter. For todays Dark Realm, we took a listener’s suggestion to look into the Mansfield Reformatory in Ohio, and we are so glad we did. There are stark obvious correlations between this institution and the previously covered Denbigh Asylum, pointedly their initial intent to not only do good, but do better than has been done in that field. Yet, to me at least, it seems eerily semi-correlative in the wests attitude towards reform and punishment, and the years following World War 2.
