The Darkest Horse is proud to continue its monthly YouTube Livestream! Each month, TDH brings a timely topic to discuss, dissect, and engage with! In August we hosted a live conversation to explore “Inclusive Return to Work Strategies”, and how to make them inclusive in a mid-COVID reality.

August Contributors include TDH Co-founder, Rada Yovovich; TDH collaborator Maya Toussaint and TDH Collaborator/Client Suzi Lilley. The group discussed how they each felt personally and professionally about #ReturnToOffice, the effective (or ineffective) RTW strategies they've seen in practice and how to be supportive during this unique time.

The Darkest Horse kicked off our new monthly YouTube Livestream series on June 17th, 2021!

Each month, we’ll bring a timely topic that we’re getting repeatedly asked about, thinking about, or that’s a growth edge for us. We’re very excited about it and hope you are too 🤗!

Our first Livestream was "Authentic Solidarity: Celebrating Juneteenth + Pride" hosted by our Co-founder, Rada Yovovich and TDH collaborator, Erycka Montoya, where they discussed the value of celebrating both holidays (together) and how we can show up as allies in respectful and affirming ways.

Reflections:

Arty: Multigenerational roots, becoming your own being, being raised to be proud of yourself and say what you think. Be the roots for the people around you. There has been a loss of grounding.

Chanté: Bärí is the real deal. It takes only a few to change history. Being real is valuable.

Jacob: Wants his son to know that he won’t have to worry when being pulled over, and he should be troubled by that fact.

Bärí: What do you connect to, who do you connect to? What and who are you thankful for? Think about that.
