The Leagues Cup is here! So, we discuss the Leagues Cup, starting with the Loons' beatdown of Puebla at Allianz Field.

We also discuss MPLS City, some more WoSo, and briefly preview the second Leagues Cup match against the Chicago Fire. We also briefly touch on the WWC, but check out the MN Futbol Daves for more of that content!

The Minnesota Futbol Daves are back for the World Cup! Eric, Rodrigo, Nubia, and a Dave, are getting together to discuss the Women's World Cup in New Zealand and Australia.

First, we kick off with some quick Leagues Cup reactions, ahead of the Puebla-Loons match this evening, then we get Nubia's WoSo thoughts on the NWSL Challenge Cup before getting to the main course which is the World Cup.

We highlight the openers in Australia with New Zealand and Australia emerging victorious over European competitions and seeing record crowds! We also highlight Japan's utter dominance, the USA's relative dominance, a struggling Canada, and the CONCACAF teams being really feisty. A wee bit of TWIR thanks to the Netherlands and Spain and players missing Pens like it is a cool thing to do. Listener, it is not!

The Loons get back on track and Reynoso unleashes an Olimpico in the most goals scored in a match for the Loons since, checks notes, last July when we played Portland.

Then we discussed a crazy match at the Rio Tinto, MPLS Futures and Aurora taking care of business, and preview our real rival, the Portland Timbers!

No Loons match this week, but lots of Loons (and hopefully future Loons) were in action. We touch on those and the upcoming Gold Cup matches for the Loons.

We also hit on the absolutely red-hot Aurora, Zeller fawns over Tianna Harris, MJ accuses Cat Rapp of thievery, and we ponder the upcoming match vs Faux Salt Lake

Well, we've reached the halfway point of the Loons season, and so instead of spending too much time on a match that was absolutely terrible, we take stock of the season so far, which basically delves into one giant shouting therapy session!

After the break, MPLS City are finding life difficult in USL2, and the undefeated MN Aurora FC are the one bright spot in local soccer in the Twin Cities.

Plus Zeller made a penalty save on Sunday, we kinda buried the lead with that one.

Another two-match week for two clubs we love, MNUFC and Aurora FC. One was slightly more successful than the other.

Plus we get the Return of the Rey, double digits in Eagan, and City gets their first USL win!
