The David Lee Martin Show - Holy Ghost Encouragement For Christian Creatives

No longer an outsider, an alien from the covenants, your place of authority and seat in the heavenlies is set. Your garment of praise is prepared. Beautifully arrayed you stride without shame or fear into the presence of a holy God, and call Him Father.

Joy is the atmosphere of Heaven. Streets of gold are made for dancing not dragging your feet. Delight pervades the air, and every atom sings praise to the one who made them...

Only divinity can turn ashes back to fire.

The glory of the gospel is the exchange that took place through the cross, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Christmas is a time we exchange gifts but nothing can compare to the gifts that Father, Son, and Holy Ghost exchanged with us through Christ.

It’s been said on many a Christian Christmas card, “wise men still seek Jesus.” It is true. Which star will you choose to follow?

Your creative call is one attended by a great cloud of witnesses cheering your every faith-filled step, and watched over and directed by the chief musician, the orchestrator of every good thing – God Himself.

God encounters will always point to Jesus. Mark that one down. It will keep your feet from diversions and deceptions.

The idea that God consigns His people to perpetual pewdom is foreign to the Scriptures. He is the commissioner of every great artistic work, and YOU are one of them.

The desire to be happy is universal. The avenues to happiness are multiplicious. Yet why are the people who actually arrive at contentment station so few?

Starve your doubts and feed your faith. Believe that you have something valuable to share with the world.

Feed your creativity by refusing to shun your most audacious thoughts. Don’t dampen your dreams with reality (so called). Instead, let them blossom.
