When food becomes rotten, it’s impossible to eat. Now, imagine if everything you bought or owned that was edible became rotten at the same time. In today’s message, Pastor Ken says the locusts in Joel’s time took over all the harvest and made it inedible. This caused everyone to rely on the Lord for their strength. Without any hope for food, they had no choice but to follow the Lord and trust that He would save them. Sometimes, God takes away all you own to remind you that He’s all you need.
