While I was out today I decided to do a bit of a podcast! So you will hear a tiny bit of an echo....... I just needed to get out of the house today and let the kids do their thing while I sat still! Hence the reason for this podcast! ....we all need to give ourselves permission to survive and enjoy the holidays as well while everyone else we support, love and live with and around is doing the same. Grab something to write with and take note...you may find something you can take away from this today!

it's Ya Girl Paulette here on Thanksgiving Day for a quick podcast on taking note of making it through instead of standing still. We are all in class and when we pass the class we should be reminded to be grateful for our experiences in that class. Write down what you've been through and give thanks.
