This week, the sisters chat about the constant changes women’s bodies go through, and why speaking about them matters. Because sometimes one honest conversation is all it takes to remind someone else they’re not going through it alone.

They then reflect on experiencing loss and trying to figure out how to navigate grief without much of a roadmap. While talking can help, they also recognise that everyone processes grief differently.

For Bonnie, it’s about keeping her dad’s spirit alive in everyday chats with friends, and for Lottie, it’s leaning into dark humour and proudly joining The Dead Dads Club, because sometimes laughter really is the best medicine.
