All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and every transgressor of God’s law was deserving of death. Luckily for us, Jesus willingly took on every sin so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Those of us who have put on Christ have been buried with Christ in death so that we also can walk in the newness of life— a life where we have become new creations no longer conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of our minds by the Word of God and power of His Spirit.
