Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich thinks the cyberattack that installed ransomware that forced the shutdown of a vital U.S. pipeline, is an act of war that should be punishable by death. The shutdown, now in its fourth day, has caused shortages at the gas pump and the rescheduling of airline flights.
