Tonights episode is about panic attacks, mental health & how I got through it, that first panic attack was the most scariest time I've ever experienced. with all the fighting and illness, my children illnesses, my mind just broke and for 10 years I was lost. But I came through the other side, it took distraction and sheer determination but I did it, and so can you.
I am launching a wellbeing group coaching program to help parents that are where I was 20 years ago, as well as my Mums Afternoon Tea, if you would like to join the waiting list please email me at [email protected] or grab me on Instagram @decemberrose_coach or join my group on Facebook - December-Rose Parents Sanctuary, I would love to meet you
Tonights episode touches on my life as a single mum, when things were so much simpler back in the early 90's, I had a daughter, at college, a part time job, going out with friends and seeing family. but it isn't always easy, I was lucky that I got through each day with support, life after my second child wasn't, but that's another story for another day.
If you are a single mum or dad and would like to chat please get in touch, my Instagram is @decmberrose_coch, email is [email protected] and my Facebook group for parents of children with special needs or disabilities is https://www.facebook.com/groups/decemberosesparentssanctuary/
Tonights episode is about my 'Why', I have just finished a course call with my business coach and he re-did the 7 levels deep exercise with us, it brought me back to why I started my coaching journey, who I wanted to help and why.
It's an emotional process but helps so much in the coaching world, but for you, all I can say is start writing down what you are passionate about, what you can do to make a difference and help others, from making you home look good on a budget (thank you home bargains and B &M) to having a knack for plaiting all your friends daughters hair ( I have never managed to grasp how to do French plaits lol)
If you're feeling low, that you don't enjoy life, don't give up, find something you love doing, write it down and go from there, life with disabilities or being a parent of a child with special needs doesn't have to be the end for you, you can work around it, and if you need my help, reach out, as always I am available on Instagram - @decemberrose_coach or email me at [email protected]
Todays episode is about how no pregnancy is the same, I have 3 amazing children, my first viable pregnancy went a day over and was fine mostly, my second and third were prem babies with twin loss and problems the whole way through. As babies my youngest 2 had major illness and problems and, as a mother it was a heartbreaking experience. But my focus was on them and helping them so I researched and did the best I could.
It can be a draining, upsetting and tough time dealing with pregnancy issues and sick babies so, as always, please reach out on either Instagram - @decemberrose_coach or email me at [email protected]
Todays episode is a short one, I was Abe to help my children with their illness & disabilities because I had them myself and was able to quickly recognise the signs and symptoms, that wasn't to then say it was easy with doctors, social services, schools & CAMHS. far from it, at one point I was told I was making their illnesses up and it still says that on my youngest daughters medical notes, even though she has been officially diagnosed. Its hard and it can be mentally draining but as a mother I never gave up, trust your intuition and feelings, you as a mother know if something is wrong ad you shouldn't let doctors make you feel inferior either.

Tonights episode talks about my experience as a teen runaway with ADHD, the impulsive decisions, not thinking about the consequences of my actions, my luck of not having anything happen to me and my feelings of not belonging, not fitting in no matter where I stayed. Its an emotional episode for me, re-telling what I went through isn't easy but I am here, 30 years later, still fighting the fight on mental health issues but knowing that I survive each day and so can you!
As always I would love you to reach out, my Instagram is @decemberrose_coach and my email is [email protected], thank you for listening.
Todays episode was going to be 'the mind of an ADHD child' but I am an adult now and memories was more accurate, my memories of being a child, not with ADHD as I didn't know that was what it was, but more hyperactivity and not being able to sit still, talking too much, too fast and hyper focusing. So here are my memories and maybe you see that behaviour on your child, maybe they hyper focus, or jig their legs, so may stimming quirks that help us relieve our energy, I hope you enjoy todays episode and as always you can connect with me on social media or email me

Todays episode talks about divorce & step family dynamics, coming from experience of being in a step family and as an adult having a step family I know how hard it can be as a child and as a parent, some tips along the way are patience, do not judge or resent your step parents or stop children, or even your partner, unless of course it is an abusive situation in which case you should seek help, but give it time and see it from the other child or parents perspective and talk about each others feelings, I really feel that having family meetings to talk openly helped us as a family.
I hope you can take something away from todays episode and here are links that may help.

Todays episode talks about that feeling of being made to feel unwanted, unloved or just not good enough. I have, my whole life by parents, family, friends & partners. When I had my children I swore I wouldn't treat them how I had been, I would show them they were loved, safe and wanted and I did, even my grandsons. But it wasn't and hasn't been easy, in fact up until 7 years ago I was still struggling with those feelings, but then I started to work on self development and self love. Here I want to share with you that it is ok to feel that way and you can and will have good and bad days, but you can get through it and I am here to help, so if you would like to reach out please do so, my Instagram is @DecemberRose_Coach and my email is [email protected]
Here is the book that changed it all for me, helping me with not only my mental health but how I managed with my autistic son (but that another story for another time)

Todays episode focuses on my experience of being bullied in school, why it started, the impact it had on me and how I made it through. It isn't easy being bullied or being the bully, but there is help out there so please don't keep it to yourself, go and speak to someone, be it your parents, a teacher or friend.
Being a sick child meant I missed a lot of school and I suffered the consequences of trying to fit in and making up stories to be liked. Being unloved at home also meant I was desperate for people to like me and so this started m school life of being bullied.
