The fear of being honest with each other about our trying times is like a sneaky, slimy virus that runs throughout society.
We subconsciously believe that it's great to share the good things with everybody else, but when it comes to the hard stuff - we store it silently and dangerously in a place that nobody else should see.
We become ashamed to share certain parts of our lives and our selves.
This causes a big disconnect within our own psyches and an even bigger disconnect between each other.
How are we supposed to be able to relate to each other when we are all hiding parts of ourselves?
We, and the world, need to be healed by shameless vulnerability.
