I have always believed that celebrating individuality is important - to have your own identity, self respect, self esteem. Above all, it is important to be loving and kind to yourself. It is when you start paying attention to yourself that you realise the need to pay equal attention to others. While the world celebrates World International Women’s Day on 8th March every year, and World Men’s Day on 19th November, I am quite sure we could celebrate these any day.

We often hold on to things for long which holds us back from being ourselves or prevents us from taking a step forward in life!

If i had a choice to fill up my life, i would fill it up with stories and journeys!

A great story and a great journey are comparable. While every story is a journey in itself, every journey has a story to tell.

Most of us share the stories from our journeys... they are nothing but our experiences. It is during this unique journey of ours that we create our story that defines us.
