Then Senator Joe Biden was critical of the suggestion back in 1983 calling it "a boneheaded idea" and later saying President Roosevelt put into question the court's independence.  Law Professor at George Washington University and Fox News Contributor, Jonathan Turley discusses President Biden's executive order he signed on Friday to examine Supreme Court reform, the possibility of it actually happening and how the addition of Justice Amy Coney Barrett could have been be the tipping point.

Students returning to school or small businesses requiring it from customers to shop in their stores? How about if you want go to a concert or sporting event? Will it be required? Plus, commentary by syndicated columnist and author of "America's Expiration Date," Cal Thomas.
